The program provides support, case management, and assistance with navigating systems, focusing on education regarding HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI prevention. It enhances access to and knowledge of PEP/PrEP medications and connects people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and those at risk to essential treatment, prevention, and support services. Additionally, it includes the Seeking Safety intervention aimed at individuals with trauma histories who are looking to heal.
