The Workforce Partnership (TWP) is a coalition of local governments supported by the Federal Workforce Investment Act (WIA). It plays a vital role in a network of organizations dedicated to helping employers recruit skilled workers and assisting job seekers in acquiring the necessary skills for meaningful employment. TWP offers a range of employment services as mandated by the Federal Workforce Investment Act and represents the Town of Oyster Bay, Town of North Hempstead, and the City of Glen Cove. Job seekers can benefit from the Resource Areas at our two Career Centers, which are specifically designed to aid in self-directed job searches, with trained staff available for support at no charge.
