About this resource
This program provides ongoing rental assistance for housing aimed at individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions. Referrals are facilitated through the Single Point of Access (SPA) system.
Intake Procedure: Applicants must demonstrate the ability to live independently. Residents of Nassau County are given priority. A diagnosis from a certified NYS psychiatrist is required, along with a referral through the Single Point of Access system (SPA). Those interested should reach out to the Single Point of Access, SPOA of Nassau County at (516) 227-7057.
Fees: The agency recommends that clients call for further information.
