About this resource
We operate five Family Health Centers that deliver crucial primary care services and act as “medical homes” for residents in some of Long Island’s most neglected areas. By extending quality primary care and an increasing array of specialty services into the community, we aim to ensure that more Long Islanders receive the necessary care in convenient locations. Our mission is to maintain the health of our patients and prevent hospitalizations. Through Harmony Healthcare Long Island (HHLI), we are introducing innovative health services to the communities that need them the most. We offer affordable, quality health services to everyone in the area, irrespective of their insurance status or financial capability. Please call for more information.
