About this resource
The center delivers a range of educational, recreational, and self-sufficiency programs for both residents and the surrounding community. It features a 226-seat theater, a gymnasium, locker rooms, multi-purpose spaces, a commercial kitchen, a library, and a computer training lab. Available programs include ATTAIN Lab computer classes covering topics such as Microsoft Office, email basics, internet navigation, interview techniques, and resume creation. Additionally, there is employment counseling, healthy cooking classes, and youth initiatives like after-school enrichment programs and Kids' Cafe, which offers meals to children and youth in grades K-12 from September to June. Other offerings include a mentoring program, a youth leadership initiative, the "Let's Talk" program for teenage girls, and various social, educational, and recreational activities. Intake Procedure: No application process required. Fees: Free of charge.
