About this resource
This program offers health services to individuals who are currently incarcerated. It includes outreach, education, and testing aimed at preventing the transmission of HIV, Hepatitis C, and STIs, and provides assistance to those living with HIV and Hepatitis in creating a care plan for when they return to the community.
Intake Procedure: Referral from DOCCS to the program; contact for further information and services.
Fees: No charges apply.
