About this resource
This program offers financial assistance to working individuals for daycare expenses for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years at certified facilities or acceptable informal providers.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can call or visit in person for information and to apply, or they can email dssdaycare@oneidacountyny.gov directly.
Fees: Families are responsible for a portion of the childcare costs, which is determined based on their income.
Who can use this
- Eligible families must have an income below 85% of the state median income level, be employed or participating in an approved educational or training program, and can include eligible foster parents.
