This service offers a variety of licensing, records, and informational support to the residents of the village. Available licenses and permits include those for hunting, fishing, trapping, disabled parking, and dogs. Additionally, it assists with passport application processing and the upkeep of town records and archives. Property taxes are prepared and collected for Village of Waterville residents from June 1st to September 30th, after which all documentation is forwarded to the Oneida County Treasurer's Office.
