This program provides community residences, including one- and two-bedroom apartments, for adults diagnosed with mental health conditions. It offers support in various daily living skills such as budgeting, parenting, assertiveness training, medication management, and vocational and educational skills.
Intake Procedure: Applicants must complete the County SPOA application; contact for further details.
