About this resource
This initiative delivers health services to those who are currently incarcerated. It encompasses outreach, educational efforts, and testing aimed at curbing the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C, and STIs, in addition to aiding individuals affected by HIV and Hepatitis in formulating a care plan upon their return to the community.
Intake Process: Referral from DOCCS to the program; contact for details and available services.
Cost: Free of charge.
