About this resource
This program provides a range of services aimed at adults facing mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders. The offerings include psychosocial rehabilitation, habilitation, family support and training, educational support services, empowerment initiatives, pre-vocational training, intensive supported employment, and ongoing supported employment.

Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- Adults aged 21 and older with active Medicaid who are part of a Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) through a Managed Care Organization and have a persistent mental health diagnosis or substance use disorder.
