About this resource
This initiative provides tailored assistance to empower young adults with disabilities to get ready for the job market and attain meaningful employment within their communities. The services offered encompass an employment training program, supported employment, prevocational services, and a pathway to employment.
Intake Procedure: Referrals are accepted through Medicaid Service Coordinators.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- Individuals with developmental disabilities who qualify for OPWDD and are part of the Home and Community Based Medicaid waiver.
