A 24/7 phone service is in place to link refugees and immigrants who have Limited English Proficiency with RISE case managers fluent in their preferred languages for assistance and guidance: 315-214-4480. The program offers comprehensive case management aimed at fostering self-sufficiency through support with paperwork, phone communications, scheduling appointments, housing aid, and referrals. Additionally, it provides family crisis intervention, document interpretation and translation, mediation services, and connections to community resources. Employment assessments and placements, applications for social service benefits, and various referrals are also included. Resettlement services encompass airport reception, housing support, arranging initial health appointments, enrolling eligible individuals in public assistance programs, and facilitating school enrollment for children, as well as ENL or ESL classes for adults.

- Eligibility is for refugees and immigrants who speak Amharic, Arabic, Burmese, Congolese, Maay Maay, Nepalese, Oromo, Somali, Swahili, and Persian, with assistance available for other languages.
