Anthony Jordan Health Center

This program provides outpatient medical services to individuals and families, covering areas such as primary and preventive care, pediatrics, family medicine, dental services, obstetric and gynecologic care, geriatrics, podiatry, nutrition, immunizations, speech and hearing screenings, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction. It also includes short-term mental health and addiction services, as well as optometry services like vision testing, glaucoma assessments, eyeglass prescriptions, and diabetic eye screenings.
