The program aims to assist individuals in obtaining competitive employment that aligns with their abilities and preferences. Known as Affirmative Businesses or social enterprises, these community-based operations run by RSS closely match client worker-trainees with jobs that fit their skills and interests. Participants earn at least minimum wage and benefit from significant on-site support and accommodations. Employment opportunities may be transitional or permanent.
