About this resource
The Senior Independence Program connects local volunteers with seniors and adults with disabilities to enable them to live independently while providing simple acts of kindness that foster a sense of care. Volunteers assist with tasks such as transportation to medical appointments, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, or simply visiting for companionship, helping individuals stay engaged with their communities and receive the support they need to remain in their homes.
