Delivers an extensive array of licensing, records, and informational services to the residents of the town. Available licenses and permits encompass marriage licenses, hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler and solicitor licenses, as well as racing and wagering licenses. Additional services include the processing of passport applications and the upkeep of town records and archives. Property taxes are prepared and collected from residents of the Town of Palermo from January until March 31st, after which all relevant paperwork is forwarded to the Oswego County Treasurer's Office.
