NYSCB offers pre-employment transition services to students between the ages of 14 and 22, along with transition services for youth and vocational rehabilitation for all legally blind students, including those with other disabilities.

Who can use this
- Youth residents of New York State who are legally blind and aged 14 to 22 can access transition services. Legal blindness is characterized by a visual acuity of 20/200 or worse in the stronger eye with correction, or a visual field of 20 degrees or less in the stronger eye.
