This initiative supports individuals aged 18 and older who are diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness in their journey to gain employment. It offers services such as job searching assistance, help with the hiring process, on-the-job support, and connections to community resources for benefits counseling, intensive job coaching, or acquiring work clothing. Staff collaborate with clinical providers and employers to address employment issues, ensuring continuity of care and enhancing the chances of success.
