About this resource
This initiative provides temporary housing and assistance to those suffering from severe and persistent mental health issues, particularly for individuals who have recently undergone a crisis affecting their community stability or are reintegrating after a stay in a more intensive residential facility or hospital.

Who can use this
- Applicants must be 18 or older, diagnosed with a psychiatric illness that is not currently deemed dangerous, unable to live independently without skilled nursing care, agree to the residency agreement, and show willingness to secure funding for services.
