About this resource
This initiative provides support to high school students with disabilities enrolled in Schenectady County school districts, aiding them in finding and securing paid, community-based employment during the summer of their Junior year. The services offered include job coaching and guidance on job responsibilities, workplace policies, and other expectations within a business setting throughout Schenectady County. To be eligible, students must be part of their high school's special education program.
