This service provides an extensive array of licensing, record-keeping, and informational resources for the town's residents. Available licenses and permits encompass marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additional offerings include the processing of passport applications and the upkeep of town records and archives. Property taxes are prepared and collected for residents of the Town of Sharon from January to May 31st, after which all paperwork is forwarded to the Schoharie County Treasurer's Office.
