About this resource

This program conducts investigations and offers intervention for adults who are unable to represent themselves, manage their affairs, or are in immediate danger. It responds to and looks into allegations of abuse or neglect involving both adults and children. Continuous supervision is available for individuals at risk of abuse. Additionally, services include financial representative payee, investigations into financial exploitation, and assistance for those eligible for Medicaid.

Fees: There are no charges for these services.
