About this resource
The town offers a diverse array of licensing, record management, and informational services for its residents. Available licenses and permits encompass marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additionally, the office is responsible for maintaining town records and archives, as well as preparing and collecting property taxes from residents of the Town of Russell from January until May 31st. After this date, all paperwork is forwarded to the Saint Lawrence County Treasurer's Office.
