About this resource
The Town of Babylon Community Development Agency's Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program is designed to assist extremely low-income families who are struggling with rental arrears, helping them to regain stable housing and avoid homelessness. The Long Island Housing Partnership ("LIHP") has been engaged to manage the Program. Funding is sourced from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") under the American Rescue Plan.
Intake Procedure: You can either call or fill out an application online.
