The program provides assistance to individuals and families who qualify for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Safety Net Assistance (SN), and those receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits. SWEP empowers participants by assessing their employment aspirations, identifying essential resources for workplace success, collaborating to create a tailored action plan, and referring them to various work activities to improve job prospects.
