About this resource
This program offers Adult Day Habilitation services for individuals aged 21 and older with developmental disabilities residing in Suffolk/Eastern Nassau, either with their families or in agency-managed group homes.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to contact the agency for further information.
Fees: Clients should reach out to the agency for fee details.
Who can use this
- Applicants must have a developmental disability diagnosed before the age of 22, with documentation signed by a qualified M.D. or Ph.D.
