About this resource
This service provides day habilitation for individuals aged 21 and above with moderate, severe, or profound intellectual developmental disabilities. It includes activities at a central hub as well as community inclusion and a prevocational program that offers both paid and unpaid work experiences. For more information, please call.

Fees: Participants must be Medicaid recipients or contact us for information regarding fees.
