About this resource
The initiative supports individuals in obtaining competitive employment in roles that match their skills and preferences. Known as Affirmative Businesses or social enterprises, these community-focused businesses run by RSS closely align client worker-trainees with suitable job opportunities. Participants earn at least the minimum wage and benefit from significant on-site support and accommodations. Job placements may be either transitional or permanent.
