Women's Opportunity Center (Woc)

This program provides various resources such as career workshops, computer classes, and skill identification, along with retail/customer service training at the Mary Durham Boutique. Participants receive one-on-one confidential support to create a tailored plan for reaching their employment objectives. Additionally, assistance is offered in crafting and refining resumes, writing cover letters, and preparing for interviews. A weekly updated "Job Board" is accessible during regular Center hours, and a computer lab is available for those who prefer to work independently on their job application materials. Community referrals are also made for issues beyond the scope of WOC services. Fees: Free.
