Services include General Assistance, Family Development Plans, Emergency Food, Emergency Shelter, Housing Assistance, Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) with income guidelines, Weatherization Assistance with income guidelines, Head Start and Early Head Start programs, mass distribution of fruits and vegetables, employment and job training, food pantry services, clothes closet, Lifeline Safe-Link Telephone Service in Kingston, notary assistance available on-site in Kingston, free bread and donated produce distribution on Wednesdays in Highland, translation services in Highland, Summer Youth Programs in Highland and Ellenville, transportation funds available as vouchers with UCAT in Highland, and bilingual services in Spanish and English, including translation services in Ellenville and a free farm stand.
