About this resource
This initiative assists individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful paid employment within integrated mainstream environments. Each client is paired with a "job coach" who collaborates closely with them, offering advocacy with employers and coworkers, training in essential job skills and workplace behaviors, help with specific tasks as necessary, and any other support needed to maintain competitive employment.
