About this resource
The initiative aims to help individuals obtain competitive employment in roles that align with their abilities and preferences. Known as Affirmative Businesses or social enterprises, these community-based operations run by RSS closely match client worker-trainees with jobs based on their skills and interests. Participants earn at least minimum wage and benefit from substantial on-site support and accommodations. Employment opportunities can be either transitional or long-term.
