This office offers a variety of licensing, record management, and informational services for the residents of the town. Available licenses and permits include marriage licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additional services encompass the maintenance of town records and archives. Property taxes are prepared and collected from residents of the Town of Salem between January 2nd and March 31st, after which all related paperwork is forwarded to the Washington County Treasurer's Office.
