About this resource
The Transition Academy delivers a well-coordinated and integrated array of transition and employment services designed to assist young adults who have recently left high school or are nearing graduation. The goal is to help them formulate a person-centered adult life plan that encompasses both personal and professional development resources tailored to the needs of transition-aged individuals, their families, and relevant professionals. The Academy features three main programs: Project Search Autism Enhancement, Employment Connection Pilot Program, and Prep4Success.
