The bakery aims to provide job opportunities to the most marginalized individuals in the community, including the homeless and those with backgrounds of incarceration or substance abuse. It welcomes anyone who enrolls and shows a commitment to work, without imposing background checks or pre-screening criteria. This approach allows the bakery to effectively support the most vulnerable members of the community by offering them jobs, skills training, and a range of resources for their personal and professional development.
