About this resource
This initiative offers educational programs sanctioned by HUD and grants aimed at assisting low-income individuals and families in purchasing their first home. Additionally, it may provide support to qualified homeowners for necessary repairs. The program manages 52 rental units designated for families with modest incomes and also conducts outreach efforts, including foreclosure counseling.

Fees: Fees differ based on services, but there is no charge for foreclosure counseling.
Who can use this
- Applicants must own and occupy their primary residence, maintain homeowner's insurance, be current on mortgage payments and taxes, and live in Schuyler or Yates counties. (Mobile homes might qualify depending on funding availability.)
