About this resource
This initiative provides HUD-approved educational resources and grants aimed at helping low-income individuals and families acquire their first home. Additionally, income-eligible homeowners may receive support for home repairs. The program manages 52 rental units designated for families with modest incomes and offers outreach services, including foreclosure counseling.

Who can use this
- Applicants must reside in Schuyler and Yates counties, own and occupy their primary residence, maintain homeowner's insurance, and have an up-to-date mortgage and paid taxes. Mobile homes may qualify based on funding availability.
