This service provides care to patients who require additional recovery time after an acute care hospitalization due to surgery, illness, or injury. It includes a private room, skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, care management, respiratory therapy, nutritional counseling, engaging activities, and compassionate support.
