About this resource
This initiative combines educational resources, counseling services, and financial assistance for down payments aimed at first-time homebuyers with low to moderate incomes, helping them with a portion of the down payment and/or closing costs when funds are available.

Travel/Location: The office is situated on the second floor at the intersection of 3rd Street and SW Madison Avenue.
Fees: An annual membership fee of $75 grants access to counseling, classes, workshops, and the Down Payment Assistance program.
Who can use this
- - Households with low to moderate income - Must be a first-time homebuyer, having not owned a home in the last three years - Eligible for purchasing a single-family residence, including detached homes, condos, or manufactured homes on owned land - Must occupy the home - Additional loan criteria may be applicable
