About this resource
This program provides a temporary housing intervention service that includes case management support. Assistance can cover move-in expenses, rental aid, eviction prevention, benefits assistance, employment and educational services, as well as legal support for housing issues. Participants must agree to collaborate with a caseworker and may be required to maintain sobriety from drugs and alcohol. The availability of assistance is contingent on funding and eligibility criteria.
Intake Process: -Contact the program to inquire about eligibility and available options. If necessary, leave a short message, and a caseworker will return your call. -Based on the eligibility assessment, an appointment may be arranged. -Note that an intake appointment does not guarantee assistance.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- - Homeless veterans and veteran families or those at imminent risk of homelessness - The veteran must reside in the household - Household income must be at or below 50% of Area Median Income (AMI) - Must have a discharge status other than dishonorable.
