This HUD-certified counseling agency offers a range of homebuyer education programs along with foreclosure intervention counseling. Their online education course covers the fundamental aspects of buying your first home and provides insights into affordable mortgage loans and down payment assistance options. The eHomeAmerica program includes a one-on-one pre-purchase counseling session with a certified homeownership counselor at ACCESS. The "Realizing the American Dream" course covers the essentials of home purchasing and details on affordable mortgage loan programs, as well as available assistance for down payments and closing costs. Various classes are held quarterly at Rogue Community College locations in Grants Pass and Medford.
