About this resource
This program provides support for shopping and non-emergency medical transportation. It also offers assistance in designing and constructing wheelchair ramps, chair platforms, stairs, and handrails. Appointments need to be scheduled at least 3 days ahead of the desired service date.
Intake Procedure: Contact via phone or visit the website to set up an appointment.
Travel/Location: Conveniently located near the city bus stop at the intersection of Kings Boulevard and Taylor Street.
Fees: Reimbursement for building materials; no charges for other services.

- Individuals aged 60 and above, as well as adults with disabilities.
