This program provides financial aid for utility bills, including electricity, natural gas, oil, propane, wood or pellets, and certain water/wastewater expenses. Due to limited funding, assistance cannot be assured, and individuals may not qualify if they have recently received help without completing the required waiting period.

Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must have a gross monthly income at or below 60% of the Oregon median income for their household size, with specific eligibility periods for heating, cooling, and water assistance.

- Gross income verification for previous calendar month for all adults age 18 and older in the household, copy of current utility bill (or receipt for wood, propane, oil, or pellets), proof of legal name and current physical address, legal ID for all adults age 18 and older in the household, official documentation to verify SSN (if applicant has SSN)
