About this resource

This initiative provides a reduced monthly fee structure for water, sewer, storm, and street utility services. The discounts include: -Elimination of the standard base fee for water service -50% reduction on the billing and administration fee, treatment fee, and volume fee for wastewater (sewer) -50% off the established base fee and volume fee for stormwater services -Waiver of the street maintenance and SAFE fee.

Who can use this

To qualify, applicants must be residential utility customers of Milwaukie, current on payments, meet income limits set by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County, and occupy the property as their main residence.
