About this resource
This initiative combines educational resources, counseling, and financial support for down payments aimed at first-time homebuyers with low to moderate incomes, assisting them in covering part of their down payment and/or closing costs when funding is available.

Fees: An annual fee of $75 grants access to counseling services, classes, workshops, and the Down Payment Assistance program.
Who can use this
- -Households with low to moderate income -Must be a first-time homebuyer, having not owned a home in the last three years -Eligible properties include single-family homes, condos, or manufactured homes on owned land -Must occupy the home -Additional loan criteria may be applicable
