About this resource
This initiative consists of a network of providers dedicated to empowering parents and caregivers in their roles to stimulate, safeguard, and nurture children. The goal is to decrease the rates of child abuse and neglect, promote effective parenting, and enhance family health and well-being through parent education programs, fostering connections among providers, and improving access to resources for all families. It also coordinates enrollment for subsidized preschool programs, including Head Start and Preschool Promise, and serves as the Coordinated Early Learning Hub for the county.

Travel/Location: The center is situated next to the Oregon City Transit Center on Main Street, between 10th and 11th Streets in Oregon City, with access to bus lines 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 99, 154, and CAT (Canby Area Transit).
Fees: Charges vary based on the service provided.
Who can use this
- Families with children aged 0-8 and those at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for subsidized preschool enrollment.
