Clackamas County Health Centers

The program provides referral and coordination of substance use treatment services through Intensive Care Coordination. It specifically caters to children dealing with behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, psychotic thoughts, and trauma-related challenges. The services encompass individual, family, and group therapy aimed at addressing strategic and structural family dynamics, trauma care, and wraparound services for children with significant needs.

Fees: Accepts OHP and select private insurance, as well as State General Fund for uninsured individuals.
