Who can use this

  • To qualify for WIC, applicants must meet four criteria: -Reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not a requirement) -Be pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding, or have a child under 5 years old. Fathers, foster parents, and other guardians may apply for a qualifying child. -Have a household income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Those receiving OHP, SNAP, or TANF are automatically considered income-eligible. -Demonstrate a nutritional need or risk.
