Additionally, case management is available to assist seniors in making informed and cost-effective choices regarding their care requirements. The number of service hours per individual varies based on assessed needs and available local funding, typically ranging from 5 to 20 hours monthly. Scenarios where Oregon Project Independence may be suitable include instances where someone needs help due to injury or illness, or when recovering at home after a hospital stay.
